Daeyu Bangladesh hanks dyeing unit is an export oriented hanks dyeing factory situated at country’s economic processing zone. The factory was inaugurated in 1996 by the then Honorable Prime Minister of Bangladesh. Daeyu is renowned for its unique hanks dyeing process. Color penetration is maximized to give yarns a softer, loftier texture. The yarns are loosely arranged in hanks, hung over a bar and immersed in a dye bath. Once the desired color is achieved, the yarn is steamed to complete the dyeing process.
